BTalks: Travel With Purpose
BTalks: Travel With Purpose
BTalks connects mid-valley residents around inspiring ideas and conversations through short ‘community confluence’ conversations. Along with great presentations and discussion, free food and hosted beer and wine are served. Come celebrate your community and get to know your neighbors at BTalks.

This BTalk is titled “Travel With Purpose” and features stories from

Katie Preston-Higbee – Peace Corps: "The hardest Job You'll Ever Love"
After graduating from college, Katie joined the Peace Corps, serving in Azerbaijan
for 27 months, followed by time as an English language educator in Indonesia. She
also volunteered with Save the Children prior to returning to the states and making
Colorado her home.

Bryant Regan – Owner of Peak3 Construction
Bryant has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years, pursuing
an education in Civil Engineering before moving to Aspen in 1996. His passion for
construction is driven by his desire for a community, built on authentic relationships with
a need to see people and projects transformed in the Roaring Fork Valley, and beyond.

Betina Infante – Modern Nomad & Business Woman
Passionate about adventure and ensuring that business has a positive impact, Betina
has worked in business, public affairs and public relations in the Americas, Europe and
Asia for over 25 years. In 2015, along with her husband, she launched Hangai Mountain
Textiles, a family-owned business that produces blankets, throws and accessories from
hand-combed natural fi ber exclusively in Mongolia.

Summers Moore – Artist, Photographer, Mentor, & Curator
Summers began photography at a young age, sharing her passion with both her brother
and father, whom are avid photographers. Following the death of her husband, she
found solace in the many facets of art. Since then, art has become an integral part of her
life, both in developing her talent and expanding her knowledge within the industry.
