Writ Large: An Evening of inspired Stories
Curated by Alya Howe, WRIT LARGE is the valley's only storyslam and involves true spoken-word stories told to a live audience with no scripts and no notes. Alya Howe is an award-winning UK born dancer, storyteller, poet, and performance artist. She is also the founder of Under Alya’s Umbrella, a performing arts organization under which she is currently the performing arts programmer of 3 local series; the Poetry Brothel, Writ Large and the Salon.

Our valley has stories to tell….this series has been touching the hearts of participants and audience members alike……there is tremendous value as a community to have our stories heard and to be a listener…….everyone has a story, intact many and if you want to share yours please contact alya@alyahowe.org.
